Survival based on chromothripsis-like patterns in malignant pleural mesothelioma (MPM). In this analysis subjects with mesothelioma in The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) were classified by the presence of 0–2 chromothripsis-like patterns (CTLPs) (n=64), or 3 or more CTLPs (n=23). Survival was significantly worse for patients with 3+ CTLPs (HR =2.002, P=0.006).
