Expression patterns of C. campestris orthologous genes related to xylem vessel cell differentiation in A. thaliana. Transcripts per million data from RNA-seq analysis of haustorium development in C. campestris parasitizing an intact host were normalized. Samples for RNA-seq analysis were collected from transverse sections of haustoria at a thickness of 100 μm using laser microdissection.
