The pairwise correlation coefficients between the expression levels of anthocyanin-related TFs and those of ALBGs in the fruit skin of ‘Red Zaosu’ pear over three continuous days. The NCBI accessions of the anthocyanin-related genes are listed in Supplementary Table S1. The significant correlation coefficients are indicated in bolded values.
