Effect of dsTmSpz4 on the survival of T. molitor larvae. The silencing efficiency of dmTmSpz4 was measured by qRT-PCR at 5 days post-injection (A). Then, the TmSpz4-silenced larvae were injected with E. coli (B), S. aureus (C), or C. albicans (D) and survival was monitored. dsEGFP-injected larvae were included as a negative control.
