Six new trials have been added, and extra data were added to four existing trials. One previously included trial was excluded and 10 new studies have been excluded. The conclusions have changed as a consequence of information from two large RCTs of hormone replacement therapy, such that urinary incontinence is likely to worsen with systemic conjugated equine oestrogens. However, there may still be benefits from local administration of oestrogens.
