Phylogenetic tree of Artibeus lituratus parvovirus. The tree was constructed based on a partial sequence of the NS1 protein of members of the family Parvoviridae. The A. lituratus parvovirus detected in this study is represented by ♦. Aedes aegypti parvovirus and Aedes albopictus parvoviruses, subfamily Densovirinae, were used as outgroups. The phylogenetic tree was constructed using Bayesian inference with an RtREV substitution matrix and gamma distribution as predicted by ProtTest. The number of generations was 1,000,000, and two chains were used
