Detection of ECoV in fecal samples (A), nasal swabs (B), and EDTA blood samples (C) of inoculated horses by real-time RT-PCR. The log-transformed (base 10) values of ECoV gene copies per gram or milliliter are shown. Samples that had less than 5.0 × 105 (105.7) copies/g in feces and 5.0 × 104 (104.7) copies/ml in nasal swabs and EDTA blood samples were considered negative for ECoV
