#See reference [12]. Pig 2 was inoculated with the original PDCoV OH-FD22 as reported

Note: PDCoV-specific IgG and IgA antibodies in serum were determined by indirect ELISA using cell culture PDCoV OH-FD22 as the coating antigen. The neutralizing antibody titers were tested by the 80 % plaque reduction neutralization test (PRNT80). PRNT80 was determined as the reciprocal of the highest serum dilution that neutralized 80 % of the plaques as compared to that in the virus-only control wells. The IgA, IgG and VN antibody titers of hyperimmune PDCoV serum OH-DC97 (positive control serum) were 1024, 4096 and 4096, respectively
