Inclusion criteria
Symptomatic patients

Patients born in 1948 or earlier

AND at least one of the following current symptoms with debut less than 3 weeks prior:

 • Nasal congestion or runny nose

 • Throat pain

 • Fever (>38 °C)

 • Malaise

 • Muscle pain

 • Self-diagnosis of “the common cold”

 • Diarrhea or eye infection combined with laboratory values supporting an infection

Non-symptomatic patients Patients born in 1948 or earlier
