Anti-TGEV-SN-specific IgA level in intestinal lavage after intragastric immunization. Mice received three consecutive doses of 109 CFU/ml LNZ9000-rTGEV-SN, 3 times within a 2-week period. Control mice received 109 CFU/ml pNZ8112/NZ9000, while the negative group received PBS.
