Effect of UBE3D on hRPE Cell Proliferation
Proliferation of hRPE cells was measured with a CCK-8 assay. The values are listed as the mean ± SD of at least three independent experiments. Compared with the control groups, hRPE cell proliferation was enhanced in the UBE3D-overexpressing group, and hRPE cell proliferation was induced in the low-UBE3D-expression group (∗p < 0.05).
