As shown in this figure, p-p38MARK (A), cleaved-caspase-3 (B), LC3II (C), and Beclin1 (E) expression levels were downregulated in the UBE3D-up group (∗p < 0.05), while P62 (D) expression levels were upregulated (∗p < 0.05). In contrast, p-p38MARK (A), cleaved-caspase-3 (B), LC3II (C), and Beclin1 (E) expression levels were upregulated in the UBE3D-down group (∗p < 0.05), while P62 (E) expression levels were downregulated (∗p < 0.05).
