Anti-influenza activity of KAA-2 in MDCK cells infected with various influenza virus strains. Cell viability following incubation for 48 h with various influenza viruses in the presence of varying concentrations of KAA-2 was assayed using the NR dye uptake assay. Percent inhibition of infection is expressed as the average value of duplicate assays.
