miR-208-3p down-regulation inhibits HCC tumorigenesis in nude mice. miR-208-3p inhibitor-transfected Hep3B and HepG2 cells were injected subcutaneously in nude mice at a concentration of 7×10⁶ in 100 µL of PBS. Tumor volume was monitored at an interval of 3 d, and the mice were sacrificed 28 d after injection. There were no obvious tumor in HepG2 cells injection groups.
