Bufalin suppressed xenografted gallbladder cancer growth in vivo. (A) Chemical structural formula of Bufalin. (B) The GBC-SD and SGC-996 cells were treated with Bufalin at a concentration of 100 nM for 48 hours and the inhibition rates were examined and compared; (C) Cell proliferation of GBC-SD cells after treatment by Bufalin at different concentrations (for 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours, respectively) was detected with a CCK-8 assay. (D, E) Xenograft model was obtained by subcutaneously injecting the nude mice with GBC-SD cells. When the volume of tumor is about 3 mm3, Bufalin at different concentrations were injected into mice by intravenous injection for 20 days.
