IFN-γ was quantified by ELISA, in culture supernatants of PBMC from cured CL subjects (N = 23) or healthy individuals (N = 12) stimulated with peptide pools (1 μM/peptide) composed of both HLA-I and HLA-II peptides, for 10 days. PHA and SLA were used as positive controls (10 μg/ml). Horizontal bars represent median values. Statistical significance was assigned to a value of p<0,05 (*p<0.05, **p<0.01, ***p<0.001).
