BT or EBL cells grown on glass coverslips were inoculated with C500 BAC⁺ WT, BAC⁺ A7^STOP-207, BAC⁺ A8^STOP-159, BAC⁺ A7^STOP-207A8^STOP-159 or WC11 in presence of 0.6% CMC. At day 4 post-infection, cells were stained for glycoprotein complex gp115 (mAb 15-A; red in Merge) and DNA (DAPI; blue in Merge). Representative images are shown. Scale bars = 50 μm.
