Dendrogram of amplified fragment-length polymorphism analysis of Dirkmeia churashimaensis isolated from 12 cases of fungemia in patients in a neonatal intensive care unit, Delhi, India. The dendrogram was constructed by using unweighted pair group method with averages and the Pearson correlation coefficient. Dendrogram was restricted to fragments of 60–400 bp. CBS12818, a Pseudozyma aphidis isolate previously reported from neonatal fungemia in India, was included in the analysis. Scale bar indicates the percentage similarity.
