The minimum inhibitory concentration 50 and 90 (MIC in µg/mL) of gold drugs (auranofin, sodium aurothiomalate and aurothioglucose) and control antibiotics azithromycin, and ceftriaxone against 48 clinical isolates of Neisseria gonorrhoeae. MIC50 and MIC90 are the minimum inhibitory concentrations needed to inhibit 50% and 90% of the strains.
