Anti-inflammatory effect of SKBHT on mouse lungs. In bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) fluid, inflammatory cells were counted after stained. Total cells (a) and macrophages and neutrophils (b) were scored. Lung tissue was homogenized, from which total RNA was extracted for qPCR analysis (c) and MPO activity was measured by ELISA (d).
