ZIKV neutralization. Pooled mouse sera from terminal bleed samples were diluted at a ratio of 1:10 (A) or 1:50 (B) and incubated with ZIKV prior to infection of Vero cells in a PRNT assay to assess ZIKV-specific neutralizing antibodies in the sera.
