The antiviral activity of digestive juice in silkworm. Proliferation of BmNPV was assessed using RT-qPCR by analyzing relative transcription levels of VP39 at 24 h, 48 h and 72 h post infection in the midguts.“P50 + BmNPV”,“A35 + BmNPV”and “BmNPV”indicates P50- digestive juice, A35- digestive juice and ddH₂O mixed with BmNPV.
