(A) Lysates of HeLa and HeLa-M cells were subjected to immunoblotting with RNaseL-specific antibody. Actin was taken as loading control.

(B) HeLa and HeLa-M cells were infected with mengo-Zn (MOI 50) and viral RNA and host IFN-β mRNA levels in total RNA extracts at indicated hours postinfection (h.p.i.) were determined by real-time qPCR.

(C) Same experiment as B was performed with WT or PKR^−/− MEFs.
