MEFs derived from RIG-I-, MDA5- or MAVS-deficient mice were infected with mengo-Zn at a MOI of 10 in the presence or absence of DIP (100 uM) or CHX (10 μg/ml). Total RNA was isolated at 10 hr.p.i. and IFN-β mRNA levels were determined by real-time qPCR.
