Treadmill exercise improved NOR task recognition memory in APP/PS1 mice. APP/PS1 mice in the early 12-week (a), late 12-week (b), and 24-week (c) groups showed significant differences in recognition memory impairment in the NOR task compared with the WT mice. Treadmill exercise for 12 and 24 weeks at least partially improved NOR memory.
