Cellular immune response induced by different adjuvants. ICR mice were immunized with the inactivated split-virus influenza vaccine mixed with adjuvant.(ICR mice were immunized with 1.8 μg inactivated split-virus influenza vaccine mixed with 200 μL adjuvant on days 0, 7, and 21 by intramuscular injection. The serum 35 days after fist immunization was detected, IL-4 (A)) and IFN-γ (B) were determined by indirect ELISA. The results were shown as the arithmetic mean, n = 5 per group.
