Methods A cluster‐randomised trial.
Participants Nurses and pregnant mothers.
Interventions IPV screening.
Outcomes 1. For nurses: whether nurses inquire about IPV among their client population, referring women experiencing IPV to services, Inquire about the safety of women and children in the relationship.
2. For pregnant women:whether women are asked about IPV, disclose/discuss any abuse and are satisfied with the quality of care and support they receive.
3. Proportion of MCH clients who have ever, or who are currently, experiencing IPV and those abused when pregnant.
