(A) HUVECs were plated on Matrigel and incubated with cell culture media from parental, CDDP-R, Vin-R, and Rad-R cells transfected with miR-CON and miR-145 plasmid for 48 h. Representative tubule images were shown (X200). Values shown are mean ± SEM of three separate experiments (* P< 0.05 vs. miR-CON). (B) Cells were plated for 24 h, then scratches were made.
