(b) Ability of 2507–1 to inhibit 2 nM ERK2 phosphorylation of 10 μM Ets-1 as well as 25 nM JNK2 phosphorylation of 2 μM c-Jun, as assessed by a ³²P assay. Enzymes were incubated with 0–200 μM 2507–1 for 30 min prior to the initiation of reaction by addition of MgATP and the substrate. Initial rates ± standard errors are shown fit to standard IC₅₀ models.
