Fig. 5 — Survival of BALB/c mice infected with different doses of MPC/04 (10⁵, 10⁶ or 10⁷ PFU) via the intranasal route. Survival of infected mice was monitored daily for a total of 30 days. The time of BALB/c mice to death and clinical symptoms of infection varied with dose. Other routes of infection did not induce fatality (not show).
