Each protein is encoded with the gene number and domains present. Different colors correspond to different subfamilies. Distinct expression profiles of gene members based on RNA-Seq revealed different expression patterns among five tissues, including tender roots, young leaves, vegetative buds, nonlignified stems, and bark⁸
