Acid production from glucose by S. wiggsiae and inhibitory effects of fluoride on such acid production. Fifty percent inhibitory concentrations (IC50) were calculated from the fluoride concentration and the rate of acid production. The significance of difference from the control was analyzed using Dunn’s test (*P < 0.05).
