Human CES1 prevents alcohol‐induced hyperlipidemia. C57BL/6 mice were fed a control diet or alcohol as described in Fig. 4 (n = 8 per group). Plasma levels of non‐HDL‐C (A), HDL‐C (B), TG (C), and FFA (D) were determined.
