In this figure, the most representative NCs/PCs for all patients have been selected for display purposes. Note 2) there is a ‘rain’ of droplets between the positive droplet clouds of the PCs. This ‘rain’ consists of droplets with signals positive for both positive controls (see also Fig. 4).
