The N-specific H2d binding motifs were analyzed by the PREDBALB/c system. Each of the IFN-γ ELISpot peptides contained multiple nine amino acids binding motifs that were within the top 5% of all binding scores to the five H2d alleles. All of the IFN-γ ELISpot peptides except N241–258 scored were predicted to contain class I binding motifs. Similarly, class II binding motifs were predicted in all except N76–93 and N130–149.
