Phages bearing specific peptides trigger antibody responses against TGEV. After the mice were immunized with the peptide-bearing phages, the sera isolated from the animal at indicated time points were used as primary antibody to detect TGEV coated in ELISA plates. The mock-immunized mice and the mice immunized with the phages from the random peptide library were used as controls. The OD₄₉₀ value is shown.
