The phages at a density of 2 × 10¹¹ pfu/ml were incubated with the pAPN proteins for each round of panning. The titer of phages in elution buffer (Elute) and in the amplification in the host cells calculated is shown. The phages were selected from the elute in the fourth round of panning and the phage titer of that time was not measured (N/A).
