Relative antiviral activity of AmIFN-α subtypes. The activities were normalized to the activity calculated for AmIFN-α6 (that is set as 1 to represent the reciprocal of the dilution leading to 50% cytopathic effect) in the same experiment. The relative antiviral activity of each AmIFN-α subtype was the mean value of three replicates. Standard deviation was the statistics value of three replicates.
