| • Relative lymphopenia |
| • Elevated serum transaminases |
| • Elevated CPKs |
†Diagnostic tests were negative for other viral CAP pathogens (CMV, SARS, HPS, RSV metapneumoviruses, parainfluenza viruses, and adenoviruses).
