Mean ± SD or n (%). *For CM and CF, percentages are given out of total number of reported values (non-missing). Family history data was missing for several conditions. For CF, there was missing family history of hypertension and hypercholesterolemia for 28 and type 2 diabetes for 18 participants. For CM, there was missing family history of hypertension, hypercholesterolemia and type 2 diabetes for 2 participants. †For CF, age of menarche was missing for 16 participants (38%).
