Activity by Critical Task in the Activation of the Quarantine Unit. The spreadsheets were developed in cooperation with the NYC DOHMH which addressed readiness of the Quarantine unit. A yes response on the evaluation forms was considered a positive response and therefore compliance with protocols and procedure were adhered to.
