The Kaplan-Meier survival curves demonstrate long-term protection from tumor outgrowth by Therapeutic immunization with vaccines. The mice were monitored for 42 days and the cumulative survival rate was calculated. Both pDNA-surface localized archaeosome and pDNA-encapsulated archaeosomes were able to suppress TC1 tumor growth and the survival time of mice in those groups was prolonged, compared with that of the other groups. (P < 0.0001).
