Characterization of hAFMSCs was performed. (A) The expression levels of CD105, CD29, CD34, CD73, CD90, and CD73 in hAFMSCs were determined by flow cytometry. (B) hAFMSCs can differentiate into adipocytes (oil red), osteoblasts (alizarin red), and chondroblasts (alcian blue) under standard in vitro differentiating conditions. (C) The protein expressions of osteogenic (BSP, RUNX2), adipogenic (ADPF, PPARƳ), and chondrogenic (AGGRECAN, COL10A1) cells were tested in hAFMSCs and in HDF (human dermal fibroblast cell line).
