hAFMSCs improved proliferation and inhibited the apoptosis level to the normal level after coculture with OPA hGCs. (A) hAFMSCs improved proliferation to the normal level in hGCs with OPA. (B) hAFMSCs inhibited apoptosis, so that the rate returned to a normal level in hGCs with OPA.
