Test on differences in protein levels between treatment groups. The effect is significant (FDR < 0.05) for three proteins. β_PREDNISONE and β_DEFLAZACORT respectively denote the effects of prednisone and deflazacort use on the log‐MFI value of the antibody, in comparison to patients who were not treated with corticosteroids. P‐value is the P‐value of the F test on the significance of treatment with corticosteroids (H₀ : β_PREDNISONE = β_DEFLAZACORT = 0), and FDR is the P‐value after application of the Benjamini–Hochberg multiple testing correction.
