Three‐dimensional culture of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) on a polycaprolactone (PCL) scaffold enhances IL‐17‐stimulated osteogenesis when cocultured with MLO‐Y4 osteocytes. (a) Alizarin red staining shows mineralized nodule formation (red) in mouse MSCs (mMSCs) and human‐induced pluripotent stem cell‐derived MSCs (hMSCs) cultures on Day 10.
