Immunofluorescence analysis to visualize the effects of silvestrol on viral dsRNA and nsp8 accumulation in HCoV-229E-infected MRC-5 cells. Cells were infected with an MOI of 3 and incubated with the indicated silvestrol concentrations. Cells were fixed at 12 h p.i. and analyzed by confocal microscopy using specific antibodies for dsRNA (red) and nonstructural protein 8 (nsp8, green).
