Fig. 5 — rpIFN-L and IFN-α induced the expression of ISG genes in IPEC-J2 cells. IPEC-J2 were stimulated with IFN at indicated concentrations for 24 h in 24-well plates, and the mRNA of ISG15, OASL, MxA, IFITM1 or IFITM3 was measured by relative RT-qPCR.
