Effect of period of addition of molecules on virus yield infection. Virus yield inhibitions were performed on Vero E6 cells. Cells were infected with CCHFV 86–07, MOI 0.005. Chloroquine (a) or chlorpromazine (b) were only added during the post infection step. Five conditions were investigated; molecules were added just after the infection step (t0), 1, 3, 6, 24 h.p.i.
