Interaction of endogenous DDX5 with Nsp9 in MARC-145 cells. (A) Shown is the GFP-Nsp9 expression in MARC-145 cells. MARC-145 cells were infected with the GFP-Nsp9-or GFP-expressing lentiviruses, and the cell lysates were then subjected to Western blotting. The GFP-Nsp9 and GFP were detected with a mouse anti-GFP mAb. β-actin was detected as an internal control using an anti-β-actin mAb.
